HB Reavis has secured planning approval for the redevelopment of Elizabeth House, SE1, from Lambeth Council.
Designed by AHMM the 1.2m sq ft scheme next to Waterloo station will provide workspace and around 80,000 sq ft of flexible retail and leisure space, as well as public realm, including a one-acre public garden promenade.
HB Reavis expects to start on site next year.
