Regeneration company Harworth Group has agreed a lease at One Colmore Row in Birmingham, managed by asset manager Catella APAM on behalf of Danish pension fund Britannia Invest.
The company has signed a 10-year lease for the building’s seventh floor, which amounts to 4,169 sq ft.
William Grenfell, associate director at Catella APAM, said: “This letting is a testament to our successful refurbishment programme and the heightened demand for sustainable, high-specification office spaces in Birmingham’s Colmore business district.”
The building recently underwent refurbishment and a new fit-out. The floor had been advertised with an asking price of £30 per sq ft, which is above the average achieved rent of £20 per sq ft in the city over the past year.
Knight Frank and Lambert Smith Hampton advised the landlord on the deal.
