Haringey Council has agreed a £29m forward funding deal for affordable housing at Ashley Gardens, in Tottenham Hale.
The council will acquire the 104-home development from Berkeley Square Developments.
The scheme, Building 1A, forms part of the Tottenham Hale Ashley Road Masterplan, which will see an estimated £1bn of public and private investment in the area to deliver 10,000 homes.
