Hana investment director joins co-working firm

The former European investment director for flexible workspace company Hana has joined co-working specialist Plus X, to help expand the business. Justin Halewood has been appointed as locations business development director at Plus X, tasked with helping drive a five-year expansion plan the business says will take it to 1.25m sq ft of space across 25 hubs.  Halewood was senior director for investment in Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Hana, which was established by CBRE before being merged with US operator Industrious last year. Earlier in his career, Halewood led the EMEA real estate team at open-source software company Red Hat, and spent six years at Standard Chartered.
