Hammerson has signed Lane7, a bowling operator, at its Bullring estate in Birmingham.
The company will take 28,000 sq ft on Link Street, which runs between the Bullring shopping centre and Grand Central, and will move into the space in mid-2023.
Bruce Gillingham Pollard represented Hammerson, while Torridon acted for Lane7.
