GVA is launching a new investment partnerships team next month to focus on public and private funding opportunities across the UK.
John Tatham, finance and investment director at Igloo, and Jonathan Bull-Diamond of Turnberry Real Estate will form the two-man team to work alongside GVA’s existing public sector divison.
Between them, they have extensive experience of launching and running major partnerships, including the Haringey Council and Lendlease’s £2bn development vehicle and the £39m chrysalis fund established in 2012 to kick-start regeneration in the Liverpool City Region.
Tatham and Bull-Diamond talk to EG about why the team is launching now, what it aims to achieve, and how their work is informed by changes to government strategy.
