Grosvenor is seeking tenants for a 200-year-old ice factory in Victoria which has been converted into office and retail space.
The Duke of Westminster’s real estate company, which owns hundreds of historic properties across Victoria, Mayfair and Belgravia, is hoping to find a single creative enterprise tenant for the site at 27 Eccleston Place, SW1.
The conversion, designed by architect Buckley Grey Yeoman, provides 28,900 sq ft of office and retail space, as well as a rooftop restaurant. It was built in 1830 for Shingleton’s Ice Company and, despite since having been used as a coachworks, a power station and a motor repair centre, is now known as the Ice Factory.
