Grosvenor to launch consultation on new resi-led Belgravia development

Grosvenor is to hold a public consultation this week for a new residential-led mixed use neighbourhood in Belgravia, SW1. Partially bordered by Ebury Street, Cundy Street and Pimlico Road, the project will be called the Cundy Street Quarter. Currently the site is occupied by five residential buildings with leases expiring from 2021, providing a rare redevelopment opportunity. The consultation begins on 3 April at 198 Ebury Street.
