Gresham House has sold a battery storage project near Rotherham to Gresham House Energy Storage Fund (GRID) for £32.5m.
The investment will return an initial net gain of £1.8m, of which £800,000 will be received within the next 12 months.
Following the sale, Gresham House has an exposure of £3.6m in the remaining battery storage development projects it has funded, which are in exclusivity with GRID.
