Gresham House hires Lloyds banker in housing push

Asset manager Gresham House has made a senior hire to help further its housing focus, which it added to earlier this year with the acquisition of fund manager TradeRisks.

Andrew Stirling joins as head of treasury solutions within the corporate finance team at TradeRisks, which provides debt structuring and other advisory services to the housing sector.

Stirling joins from Lloyds Banking Group, where he was director of social housing for the past six years. Earlier in his career he worked at RBS, where he held roles including vice president of corporate banking solutions and director of risk solutions. In his new role he will oversee debt arrangement for housing associations and local authorities.
