Greenwich rejects 302 homes at Kidbrooke Village

Greenwich Council’s planning committee has refused new plans for phases three and five of Berkeley Homes’ Kidbrooke Village.

Plans comprised 1,306 homes across five blocks of up to 17 storeys on the former site of the Ferrier Estate, providing an uplift of 302 homes on the existing permission.

The new proposals included an increase of 196 private flats and 106 affordable flats, as shared ownership and affordable rented homes.
