Greenwich paves way for Maritime View’s 564-home scheme

Maritime View, a vehicle of Criterion Capital, has received planning permission for a 564-home scheme in Greenwich, SE10. Greenwich Council narrowly approved the application in line with planning officers’ recommendations with four councillors voting for the application, one against and two abstaining.  The Enderby Place scheme comprises four buildings of up to 33 storeys as well as light industrial and community space. The height of the approved scheme was a concern for councillors, as well as the pressure the scheme will put on local infrastructure, such as buses and GP surgeries. Image © Buckley Gray Yeoman
