Green REIT shareholders have approved approved of Henderson Park’s potential takeover at an extraordinary general meeting.
Nearly all shareholders backed a series of resolutions that will see the London-based property company buy the REIT for €1.34bn.
Under the acquisition’s terms, Henderson Park will acquire Green REIT for €1.9135 per share.
