Green light for South Kilburn regen
A £161m regeneration scheme in South Kilburn, north London, has been given the go-ahead by councillors.
Brent Council approved the plans for Peel Place, part of the South Kilburn Masterplan Regeneration Programme, at its first virtual planning committee.
The scheme will see Countryside and housing association Home Group work with the council to deliver 308 homes, of which 41% will be affordable housing.

The wider development, designed by Child Graddon Lewis Architects & Designers, will also have a health centre, community hub, gym, workspace, other retail and commercial outlets, a market square and public realm.
