British Land and GIC’s 32-storey tower at 2-3 Finsbury Avenue Square, EC2, has been given the green light. Twenty-two members of the City of London Corporation’s planning and transportation committee voted in favour, with one abstaining. Designed by Arup Associates, the tower would comprise 550,000 sq ft of offices rising to 32 storeys in the tower element. There will also be a restaurant, café and roof terrace at level 14 and a conference and
event space with panoramic views across London.
