Bruntwood and Select Property Group have secured planning consent for the first phase of Circle Square – a 2.3m sq ft regeneration scheme at the former BBC site in Oxford Road, Manchester.
Phase 1A includes two serviced apartment buildings comprising 600 flats to be delivered and managed by Select’s Vita Student brand.
The flats have been designed to appeal to postgraduate and mature students, with communal areas, media rooms, a large private gym, dining and study areas.
The buildings are due to be ready for the September 2017 academic year.
