Green light for £200m Suffolk park
Jaynic and landowner Taylor Wimpey have been given consent for a £200m 114-acre business park in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
Suffolk Park will include offices, a 750,000 sq ft warehouse, research and development hubs and innovation centres. Properties from 10,000 sq ft upwards will be available to let or buy.
Fragrance and flavour ingredient supplier Treatt has bought a 200,000 sq ft headquarters across 10 acres in the scheme, which lies within the Suffolk Park enterprise zone.

Fragrance and flavour ingredient supplier Treatt has bought a 200,000 sq ft headquarters across 10 acres in the scheme, which lies within the Suffolk Park enterprise zone.
The scheme will provide offices, logistics and research and development space.
Companies based within the enterprise zone will be eligible for business rates relief of up to £55,000 pa against the rates payable for five years, amounting to a total saving of £275,000.
The £15m Eastern Relief Road, due to be completed this year, will link the scheme to Taylor Wimpey’s 500-home Moreton hall project, as well as the new Sybil Andrews Academy school.
