Build-to-rent giant Grainger has received planning consent for 324 homes at its Besson Street scheme in New Cross Gate, SE14.
It is developing the site in a 50:50 joint venture partnership with the London Borough of Lewisham.
The scheme includes 35% affordable housing at London Living Rent in buildings of up to 12 storeys. There will be a GP surgery, community space and amenities including a residents’ lounge, gym and co-working space.
