Grainger gains planning in Newbury

Grainger has been granted planning permission by West Berkshire Council to redevelop a 5.4-acre site at Market Street, Newbury.

The approved scheme is a joint partnership development between Grainger, West Berkshire Council and Network Rail. It will deliver 232 new homes, 219 of which will be available for private rent and 13 for shared ownership, alongside an improved gateway from the railway station into the town.
