Further south on Regent Street, British contemporary designer fashion brand Joseph has signed a lease for a new 1,350 sq ft store at Kingsland House. GPE said the deal completes the repositioning of the retail offering at Kingsland House and Carrington House, where TUMI, Russell & Bromley, Pret A Manger and The Body Shop all completed new leases last year. This will be Joseph’s sixth London stand-alone store.
