GPA signs for space at Croydon’s Two Ruskin Square

The Government Property Agency has signed for 330,000 sq ft at Schroders and Stanhope’s Two Ruskin Square in Croydon. The GPA has signed a 25-year prelet for the 10-storey Two Ruskin Square, part of Stanhope’s 1m sq ft mixed-use development next to East Croydon station. Construction work for the Grade A office is expected to start this summer, and is earmarked for a 2023 completion. It follows GPA’s second letting at the nine-acre scheme. It signed for HMRC to occupy 183,000sq ft at One Ruskin Square in 2017.
