Godwin ups BTR offering with senior hire

Godwin Developments has appointed Lesley Roberts as director of its BTR operations. Roberts joins from Allsop, where she was a partner and had been chief executive of Allsop Letting and Management. She has also held the role of chair of Soho Housing Association, been PRS director at Pinnacle Places, director of consultancy at Young Group and managing director at City Living London. She is president of the UK Apartment Association. In her role at Godwin, Roberts will advance the company’s plans to build a £1bn national portfolio. Her main remit will be the creation of the BTR operational strategy across the single and multi-family developments for the business.
