Godwin plans suburban BTR Cambridgeshire scheme
Godwin Developments has lodged plans for 116 build-to-rent homes with housing and low-rise flats in the cathedral city of Ely, Cambridgeshire.
The suburban scheme will be located to the south of the city centre and will be called Cathedral Green.
It will comprise 57 houses and 59 flats with a three-storey commercial building spanning 15,700 sq ft, designed by Macfarlane+Associates architects.
