Godwin appoints director to bolster resi strategy

Godwin Developments has appointed Simon Boreham to senior development director to further expand the company’s value-added residential pipeline. Boreham joins from Countryside Partnerships, where he held the role of land and planning director. He has also held senior roles at Berkeley Group, Wilmott Dixon Developments and CALA Group. At Godwin, he will secure residentially-led development opportunities nationwide, with a particular focus on the South East. Boreham’s key responsibilities will be growing the business’ pipeline across a range of residential asset classes, he will be working closely with Godwin’s wider strategic land, planning and delivery teams.
