Gloucester has unveiled plans for a £107m digital campus as the city seeks to capitalise on its proximity to the GCHQ intelligence base.
The digital and cyber-technology sectors have been the focus for local leaders while working on plans for a 600,000 sq ft campus to redevelop the city centre.
The scheme, known as the Forum, will be built to cater for “a new age of hybrid working”. Pitched to technology companies as a “centre of innovation”, it has two seven-storey buildings that will be linked by a “sky bridge” with views of the city.
