At least 15% of the new homes on site are expected to be affordable.
The plans form part of the wider Lumina Village mixed-use development, located opposite Lancashire Cricket Club, which is a joint venture partnership between Trafford Council and Bruntwood.
The scheme also sits within the Civic Quarter Area Action Plan, adopted earlier in 2023, which is set to deliver 4,000 homes, 538,196 sq ft of commercial space, public realm improvements, and new infrastructure on a 120-acre neighbourhood stretching from Trafford College, past the Town Hall, and Lancashire Cricket Club, up to the A56/Chester Road and White City retail park.
