Glasgow resi scheme gets green light

Redevco has received planning permission from Glasgow City Council for 391 flats on a four-acre site in Finnieston.

The Minerva Way site is currently occupied by gym provider Nuffield.

The scheme, designed by Cooper Croman, will see the development of 391 flats across a part-seven, part-eight-storey block. It will comprise studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes.

The proposals also feature 7,729 sq ft of amenity space, including lounge areas, a gym, yoga studio, TV and games room, lounge bar, library, private dining space and flexible working space.

Externally, there is a roof terrace, two children’s play areas and green space.

Turley advised Redevco on planning matters.
