Gazeley signs fashion logistics tenant at Magna Park Lutterworth
Gazeley has leased 186,000 sq ft at Magna Park Lutterworth to fashion and lifestyle logistics provider Bleckmann.
The Leicestershire site will serve as Bleckmann’s new distribution centre in the UK, under a “long-term lease”.
Bleckmann is a subsidiary of Turkey’s Netlog Logistics Group, with the majority of its warehousing network spread across Belgium and the Netherlands.

Bleckmann is a subsidiary of Turkey’s Netlog Logistics Group, with the majority of its warehousing network spread across Belgium and the Netherlands.
The facility, called Tornado 186, has sustainability features including online energy dashboards for customers to monitor energy use, as well as rainwater harvesting and technology to optimise natural light.
Magna Park Lutterworth is undergoing development to nearly double the park’s floorspace to some 16m sq ft in the coming years, up from 9m sq ft.
Gazeley is also developing new amenities, including wellness and recreation facilities and a new Logistics Institute of Technology.
Four further units on its Magna Park South Lutterworth location, comprising 746,000 sq ft, 300,000 sq ft, 126,000 sq ft and 98,000 sq ft, will be available for occupancy from autumn 2020.
