Gaw Capital secures new tenant at Exchange Tower
Global insurer QBE Insurance has agreed to take 31,796 sq ft on a 10-year lease at Exchange Tower, E14, from Gaw Capital.
The global insurer is taking the space on the 4th floor as part of a consolidation and relocation programme for its technology services teams.
Located just south of the Canary Wharf Estate, Exchange Tower at 1 & 2 Harbour Exchange Square sits within the Harbour Exchange Campus.

Other tenants in the building include the Financial Ombudsman Service, Booking.com, CLS Group, Condeco, AET Tankers and DigiCert.
Around 45,000 sq ft remains available in the 480,000 sq ft 16-storey building.
