Galliford Try has returned to profit after losses of £60m last year.
The construction group made a pretax profit of £11.4m for the year to the end of June, on revenue of £1.1bn.
The group completed the disposal of its housebuilding businesses Linden Homes and Galliford Try Partnerships last year to Bovis Homes for £1.1bn.
