London housebuilder Galliard Homes and regional developer Apsley House Capital are developing the 1.5-acre regeneration scheme on Pershore Street in the centre of Birmingham. Planning was granted for 379 apartments in August. Construction is expected to start this year and complete in Q1 2021.
David Galman, sales director at Galliard Homes, said: “The launch underlines the strong following that the Galliard brand has among young professionals and individual investors keen to get on to the property ladder.”
Robin Norstrom, director at Apsley House Capital, said: “The sales demonstrate that there is end-user and investor appetite for the London-style regeneration and for the apartments with their Galliard specification that the partnership is bringing to the Birmingham new homes market.”
Galliard and Apsley have a committed pipeline of more than 2,000 homes in Birmingham, valued at around £500m in total.
