The number of staff working in the office full time has exceeded hybrid workers for the first time since the pandemic, according to new data, as companies ramp up their back-to-work policies.
Recruitment firm Hays found that 43% of office workers are now going in five days a week, compared with 39% working in the office for a few days per week.
It marks the first time that full-time office staff are in the majority. Meanwhile, 18% of workers are still fully remote.
