South African investor FPG has bought the second phase of Washington Retail Park in Tyne & Wear from Peel Retail and Leisure.
The park is part of the wider Washington Retail Park, which has 122,322 sq ft of retail space. Tenants at Washington Retail Park include Lidl, an anchor tenant accounting for 50% of the £600,000 income, as well as Greggs, Food Warehouse and One Below.
