Four queue for the door as Carillion shakes up directors
Four more executives will be leaving Carillion, which has already lost its finance chief, after a profit warning raised questions about the construction and outsourcing groups future.
Zafar Khan had been group finance director only since January. Emma Mercer, finance director of the companys UK construction business, is taking his place.
Other changes include the appointments of Andy Jones, chief executive of Carillion Canada, as chief operating officer and that of Lee Watson as chief transformation officer, on secondment from EY.

Richard Howson, chief operating officer, Adam Green, managing director of Carillion construction services, and Nigel Taylor, managing director of Carillion services, will leave the company at the end of the month and Shaun Carter, group strategy director, will follow by the end of the year.
