Former Debenhams property chief shifts to C&R commercial director role
Capital & Regional has appointed consultant and former Debenhams property director Rob Hadfield as its new commercial director.
As previously revealed by EG, Hadfield joined Capital & Regional as a consultant earlier this year to support the company’s community strategy.
In his new, permanent role, Hadfield will be responsible for directing the leasing team. He will oversee retail deals and innovative asset management strategies to optimise how space is used across Capital & Regional’s eight community shopping centres.
