Fore and Landid submit plans for Tower Bridge Court
Fore Partnership has submitted plans to Southwark Council to deliver a 110,000 sq ft office at Tower Bridge Court.
The plans seek to redevelop the 1990s office building next to Tower Bridge on the Thames, adding two floors to the five-storey structure. Development will include terraces, balconies and gardens.
Tower Bridge Court will offer space for local social enterprises and community groups. It will be zero carbon and will not use any fossil fuels to run the building.

The scheme has been designed by architect Stiff + Trevillion. CBRE will be the sole letting agent.
Fore acquired the 68,090 sq ft building for £51m in July 2018 and is partnering with development manager Landid on the project.
Basil Demeroutis, managing partner at Fore Partnership, said: “With TBC we will deliver an exemplar transformation of an outdated office building, providing a new kind of environment designed for forward-thinking businesses that value quality, innovation, carbon reduction, and employee health and wellbeing.”
Chris Hiatt, director at Landid, added: “We are committed to delivering a next-generation workspace, with excellent amenities available to occupiers as well as the local community.”
