Flexible working a priority for new recruits

Flexible working is as important as salary for new recruits, according to a new study.

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development said more firms are offering homeworking, as the wider economic picture puts a stop to rising wages.

More than two-thirds of employers said they had managed to attract and retain more top talent by offering the chance to work from home for at least part of the time, the report stated.
