Five sign up to Landsec’s Myo at 123 Victoria Street
Landsec’s flexible offices arm, Myo, has signed five new businesses at 123 Victoria Street, SW1.
Investment manager Devon Equity, infrastructure company Gridworks, waste-to-energy tech business Wheelabrator, CDC, and one other tenant have signed for a total of 260 desks.
They will join existing tenants MedAccess, the Communication Group and Keller Williams.

This takes 123 Victoria Street’s occupancy to 57% let within four months of opening.
Oliver Knight, head of Myo and flexible office director at Landsec, said: “We are now more than 50% let, ahead of plan, and we are looking forward to growing Myo across our London portfolio, providing more flexible office space for businesses to make their mark in the capital.”
