Five sign at The Mall Blackburn
Capital & Regional has signed leases with five new operators at The Mall Blackburn.
Burger King, El Taco Loco, Krispy Kreme, Costa Coffee and Mr Simms have all taken units at the 600,000 sq ft shopping centre.
Burger King and El Taco Loco have taken 4,300 sq ft at units 5-7 Victoria Court. Both stores are due to open in December.

Capital & Regional has signed leases with five new operators at The Mall Blackburn.
Burger King, El Taco Loco, Krispy Kreme, Costa Coffee and Mr Simms have all taken units at the 600,000 sq ft shopping centre.
Burger King and El Taco Loco have taken 4,300 sq ft at units 5-7 Victoria Court. Both stores are due to open in December.
US doughnut and coffee chain Krispy Kreme has also taken 300 sq ft for a new box cart to open in Victoria Court next February.
Capital & Regional has also exchanged with Costa Coffee for 1,500 sq ft on Ainsworth Street, its second store in the mall. It will open in December.
The deal follows completion of the £3.5m Ainsworth Street refurbishment earlier in the year.
Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shop has taken 1,300 sq ft on Market Way.
The centre, acquired by Capital & Regional in 2004, is let to more than 100 occupiers, and has a catchment of 460,000.
Muffin Break and Greggs took leases earlier in the year. GAME is also fitting out and relocating on King William Street.
Will Blake, asset manager at Capital & Regional, said: “These operators will complement our existing offer, and increase dwell time, vitality and atmosphere in the mall.”
