The new office at the Mercers’ Company-owned building will feature four meeting rooms, breakout spaces and a private terrace with views to St Paul’s Cathedral.
Fisher German has an ambitious recruitment programme underway, with a view to growing the teams across valuations, property management, commercial agency, investment, building consultancy, planning and sustainable energy services.
The move follows Fisher German’s opening of its new Birmingham office in the city centre at 15 Colmore Row and the reopening of its Manchester office at 129 Deansgate following a refurbishment.
Andrew Bridge, managing partner at Fisher German, said: “After the company’s merger with Matthews & Goodman in 2022, we have combined the established expertise in London in areas such as City office agency, investment and valuations with our knowledge in areas like planning and sustainable energy, which we are aiming to grow in the coming months and years.
“The new office will not only be a fantastic space for our staff to work and collaborate but will also be the perfect place to show clients the incredible range of services we are now providing.”
