Fisher German appoints asset management boss from GPE

Fisher German has appointed James Harrop-Griffiths as head of asset management, working between its offices in London and Birmingham.

Harrop-Griffiths joins the consultancy after nine years with GPE. The move comes as Fisher German aims to grow its influence across the UK’s two largest cities and boost its advice offering to investment and commercial property management clients.

Guy Hemus, divisional managing partner for property management and consultancy division at Fisher German, said: “James’s informed advice will give our clients more confidence to make those difficult investment decisions, especially with the difficulties in the market around interest rates and ESG requirements.
