The news follows the agreement with Lane7, signed as the first leisure operator at Foundation.
The bowling brand, which operates 11 sites across the UK, will be taking over the 12,640 sq ft lower ground floor with an eight-lane bowling venue.
Foundation is being delivered by Bruntwood and Trafford Council.
The project is focused around the regeneration of the former Rackhams building, an old department store which previously hosted House of Fraser.
The redevelopment includes the transformation of 50,000 sq ft of commercial workspace and 25,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space.
A two-storey extension will create new indoor and outdoor space.
