Professional services company EY has taken the remaining space at 11 & 12 Wellington Place in Leeds.
The move marks full occupancy at the building, delivered by MEPC in February last year. Asking prices at the building are £35 per sq ft.
EY will occupy more than 25,300 sq ft over two floors as it continues to invest in its growing Yorkshire business following record UK revenue in 2023.
