Raymond Blanc’s Brasserie Bar Co is poised to sell itself to Alchemy Partners.
The £50m deal will see the French restaurant chain Brasserie Blanc and the White Brasserie pub group move into the ownership of the private equity firm, which plans to expand the business.
The Brasserie Bar Co currently has 14 restaurants and and 18 pubs, after shutting five premises during the pandemic.
