Scarborough International Properties joint chief executive Simon Marshall has left the business to join Legal & General as a regeneration consultant.
Marshall joined L&G in July as a strategic adviser to the business. He spent nearly eight years at Scarbrough Group overseeing corporate strategy, partnerships and capital-raising programmes, as well as maintaining the group’s overseas investor, regional and central government relationships.
He has also recently joined the board of Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation.
