Ex-Ellandi directors launch asset management platform
Two former directors from Ellandi have teamed up to launch a new asset management platform.
Tim Cornford, who was Ellandi’s head of asset management, and Ruth Moorhouse, its head of public-private partnerships, have set up BCAM with the backing of building consultancy Black Cat.
“We don’t just manage assets, we unlock their full potential,” said Cornford. “Our proactive strategies ensure that town centres and key assets remain resilient and successful in an evolving landscape. Our approach is built on integrity, transparency, and a long-term commitment to value creation and placemaking. This ensures our assets are positioned for success, today and in the future.”
