Everyman to anchor Ballymore’s Brentford Project
Ballymore has signed cinema operator Everyman as the leisure anchor for its 1.2m sq ft Brentford Project in west London.
Everyman will take a central spot in the residential-led riverside scheme, occupying 11,000 sq ft at 3 West Bradbury Yard.
Richard Pearce, senior development manager at Ballymore, said: “The signing of Everyman at the heart of the Brentford Project matches our intention to provide a day-to-evening offer for our community and visitors alike. The brand is perfectly aligned to Ballymore and the other businesses opening at the Brentford Project, supporting and nurturing independent and unique retail and dining brands. Everyman brings us one step further to completing our long-term community vision and forms a key element of the final phases of the riverside development.”

Ballymore has also signed independent gift shop Mother Rugger, artisan bakery and coffee shop Gail’s, and family-owned all-day dining debut Rottura. The restaurant was co-founded by MasterChef: The Professionals quarter finalist Elena Frattura and her twin sister Emily.
The 11.8-acre scheme, which lies along the southern half of Brentford High Street, aims to reconnect the High Street with the waterfront via a series of pedestrianised yards.
It will include 876 new homes, 150,000 sq ft of leisure and retail and 43,000 sq ft of commercial space, amid five acres of landscaping and public realm and two revitalised docks.
Shackleton Property acted on behalf of Ballymore; Curace Consulting represented Everyman.
