The entire board of Eurotunnel will come under pressure today to resign at the company’s annual general meeting.
Adacte, an association of individual investors, questions whether chairman Patrick Ponsolle’s “conducting of his criminal defence and managing Eurotunnel are compatible”.
Ponsolle is one of those a Paris court has put under formal investigation following allegations of publishing false and misleading accounts and misusing public funds which they have denied.
