Europa Capital has created the new role of head of sustainability and development, and promoted development director Lynn Smith to the post.
Smith will be tasked with bringing together a new strategy on environmental, social and governance issues across the company, including improving the GRESB performance of its funds and growing the business’s capabilities in the green investment market. Smith will continue to oversee Europa Capital’s UK and European developments.
She will also work with existing partner Uptree, which promotes apprenticeships in the real estate industry, as part of the company’s focus on social mobility.
