Building supplier Travis Perkins will report its annual results. The firm is pressing ahead with network expansion with 20 stores opened in 2024.

Westminster City Council’s planning committee has been recommended to grant planning permission for the redevelopment of the BBC studios on Delaware Road, W9. The facilities, which were acquired by Hans Zimmer in 2023, will be restored and expanded to combine film and music production studios under one roof, featuring composer suites, music rooms, offices, meeting rooms, breakout areas and kitchen spaces.
Liverpool City Council will make a decision on Peloton Real Estate’s proposals for the transformation of Garston Industrial Estate, measuring 469,866 sq ft. The developer is looking to deliver an open storage scheme which would include the storage of plant/machinery, construction supplies, vehicles, civil engineering materials, pallets and the siting of self-storage containers.
Wednesday
Solihull Council will discuss proposals from three developers which aim to deliver a combined 750 homes in the region. The largest number of homes comes from Kler Group, which is looking to develop a new neighbourhood in Knowle, comprising 450 homes and a primary school.
Barwood is expected to get the go-ahead for the transformation of Pheasant Oak Farm. The scheme, designed by BHB Architects, comprises 250 homes, 40% of which will be affordable.
Rosconn Strategic Land is looking to bring forward 50 homes on a 4.7-acre site north of Lugtrout Lane. The scheme includes 30 open-market and 20 affordable homes.
Thursday
Leeds City Council is expected to decide on Drum Property Group’s proposals for the development of 391 homes at Evolution House on Springwell Road. The scheme comprises build-to-rent as well as commercial space on the ground floor and surrounding recreation space.
